Non-Credit Training Ministry: Student Instructions
1. After submitting the online registration form, students will receive a confirmation email with a payment notice. The registration will be completed upon successful payment.
2. Successfully registered students will receive the notification before one week prior to the class or activity.
3. Fees paid are non-refundable, except in the case of class/activity cancellation.
4. Arrangements for Cancelled Classes/Activities:
a. If a class/activity is insufficiently registered or affected by inclement weather, the class/activity will be cancelled. Fees paid will be refunded.
b. If individual classes need to be cancelled due to adverse weather (see our Adverse Weather Arrangement for details) or unforeseen circumstances, Out staff will notify students of the relevant arrangements as soon as possible. Students may also contact our Dean Office via WhatsApp at 5242 9691.
5. Students are requested to abide by the relevant rules and regulations regarding the use of the classroom/activity venue.
6. To respect intellectual property rights, students must obtain prior permission from the lecturer/instructor before filming, videotaping, or audiotaping during classes/activities.
