CHURCH REPRESENTATIVE DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Church Representative Directors of LTS, which takes final responsibility for the functioning of LTS, is made up of representatives from each of the Member Churches, who serve for three-year renewable terms. Honorary Members serve for an unlimited term. The Board of Directors is made up of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairs, and a Secretary. In addition to the Board of Directors, which meets quarterly, the full Board of Directors meets once each year. Mission Consultants, made up of representatives from Associate Member Churches or Agencies and related Mission Agencies, also meet with the Church Representative. The Alumni Association, the Friends of LTS, the Evening School and the Day School are also represented. The President of LTS is an ex-officio member of the Church Representative.
