LTS requires all international students to be enrolled in a medical insurance plan prior to arrival. LTS does not provide students with such medical insurance. It is the responsibility of the student or his or her sending or supporting institution to bear the cost of such medical insurance either purchased in the country of origin or in Hong Kong.

Although the LTS campus is quite safe, there is no foolproof way of preventing loss of property through theft or vandalism. Therefore, it is imperative that all members of the LTS community contribute by being alert to the safety and security of the campus and promptly reporting any suspicious circumstances to the Director of Administration. LTS is not responsible for personal property, including vehicles and motorcycles parked on campus. Items found on the campus will be kept in the lost and found in the main office. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days.
