Student Association
So as to promote a spirit of community, service, and self-government, our seminary has a Student Association, which is governed by a constitution prepared by the students themselves and approved by the faculty.
This Association promotes student fellowship and contributes to the spiritual, moral, intellectual, and physical development of the students. It organizes and conducts various devotional, educational, and social functions in the seminary in addition to social service and Christian witness programs for children, youth, and the aged in social service centers, schools, and churches in the neighborhood.
The Association may elect a representative to attend the monthly Academic Committee Meetings and other committees of the seminary.

Chaplaincy Department
The Chaplain and others in the Chaplaincy Department are concerned with the spiritual
and emotional development of students. They are ready to give personal counseling
to students with regard to life and faith, and to help them in their pastoral
development. They also keep students informed about trends within the Hong Kong
churches, give career counseling, and care for the students in various other ways.
The Chaplaincy Department, with the Director of Field Education as a member, is
responsible for the field education of the students, and for the organisation of spiritual
retreats for the seminary community. Students are free to approach the Chaplain
or other members of the Chaplaincy Department whenever necessary.

LTS Families
Faculty and students are organized into family groups whose purpose is to promote friendship, understanding, and mutual support among the students and faculty. Each family group determines its own style, structure and activities. |
